5 Tips To Maintain Your Motorcycle

2. Clean the motorcycle chain
   The chain shifts the power to your rear wheel from the engine. To clean all the grime accumulated in the chain with a gentle bristle brush. Once it is clean, lubricate the chain in a way that it goes through the joints.  Then, inspect the chain tension to prolong your motorcycle's life. 
   
   
3. Inspect tire pressure 
   Air pressure ensures the safety and good performance of your motorcycle. Check your tires if they still have the proper pressure and if they have signs of wearing away. Keeping the right amount of air pressure avoids blowouts and a smooth ride. 
   
   
4. Inspect tire tread
   After checking the air pressure:
    - Check the tire tread of your motorcycle.
    - Observe if there are sidewall bubbles, bald spots, or any other indicators of wear and tear.
    - Observe functions and parts for safe driving.
    - Check the rubber knob in the tire grooves. If the knob is at the same rubber level, it means your tires need replacement.
   
   
5. Test the brakes and fluid level
   Check the brake fluid level and thickness of the brake pads. These ensure the best performance. Besides, it prevents accidents. And save you money because thin pads are expensive to replace.
